Begin in Junbi (ready) stance. Raise your left foot knee high as you chamber your right hand and cover your chambered right hand with your opened left hand.
Slowly lower both hands together out in front of you to about belt level, finishing with the left thumb down into the right fist, with the left hand wrapped around the right fist.
Pivot 180 degrees to your left, extending both arms straight back with your hands clasped. Lean slightly forward and lunge forward, executing a reinforced back fist while crossing your left leg behind your right.
Turn 180 degrees to your left and execute an outside block with your left arm into a front stance. Fold and execute an outside block with the right arm.
Fold your left hand for an inside block, turn 180 degrees to your right, and execute an inside block into a front stance. Fold and execute a right hand outside block.
Bring your right foot knee high as you execute an arm break with your right hand. Fold with your right hand for an inside block and turn 90 degrees to your right executing an inside block into a front stance.
Fold and execute an outside block with your left hand.
Look to your left. Turn 90 degrees to your left, shifting into a horse stance as you slowly bring your left open hand across the front of your chest, finishing by rotating your hand into a palm down position.
Execute a spear-hand toward the throat of your opponent with your left hand, followed by a reverse punch with your right hand. Fold and execute an outside block with your right hand, snapping your hips 90 degrees to your left.
Execute a reverse punch with your left hand shifting back to the right 90 degrees into a horse stance. Fold and execute an outside block with your left hand, snapping your hips 90 degrees to your right.
Swing your arms to the right. Step forward with the left foot and execute a left hand reinforced center chop.
Swing your arms to the left. Step forward with the right foot and execute a right hand reinforced center chop.
Swing your arms to the right. Step forward with the left foot and execute a left hand reinforced center chop.
Swing your arms to the left. Step forward with the right foot and execute a right hand reinforced center chop.
Step back with your right foot and slide your left hand across your right arm, finishing with in a left hand center chop position.
Slide up with your right foot crossed behind your left foot and execute a double knife-hand block over your head. Execute a side kick with your right leg and a bottom fist with your right hand simultaneously, KIAI, turning 180 degrees to the left and executing a left hand center chop.
Swing your hands to the left. Step forward and execute a right hand reinforced center chop.
Slide your right foot back to your left foot as you cross both fists in front of your groin, protecting yourself.
Raise both fists in front of your chest and then uncross them and bring them up and out as if breaking out of a bear hug.
Step forward with your right foot, stomping the ground and landing in a front stance while executing a double bottom fist to your opponent's ribs.
Execute a lunging Phase III double strike , first with a left hand spear-hand, followed by a right hand reverse punch. KIAI.
Turn 180 degrees to your left while folding and executing a left hand low block.
Thrust your open right hand forward, palm up, as you shift into a front stance. Close your right hand and turn it over. Pull your right hand up behind your head while scraping your left hand down your right arm and finishing with your left hand in an open hand low block.
Slide your left foot back up to your right while chambering your left hand and bringing your right hand up.
Step back out with your left foot into a front stance while executing an inside block with your right arm into your left open hand.
Execute a stepping inside crescent kick with your right leg turning 90 degrees to the left and landing in a horse stance, landing with a right hand low block.
Fold both hands to your chest, with the left hand open and on the top. Execute a left open hand back fist to the left.
Execute a stepping inside crescent kick with your right foot into your left hand while turning 180 degrees, followed by a right forearm strike into your left hand.
Execute two punches toward the your opponent's groin with your right hand (first by striking down with your right hand, then raising it back up over your left hand and then striking down again).
Chamber both hands to your left side, ball and socket position. Step around 90 degrees to your right with your right foot while executing a double punch with the left fist punching to the head (palm down) and the right hand punching to the stomach (palm up).
Slide your right foot back to your left as you chamber both hands to your left hip, ball and socket position. Switch your hands to the right hip, ball and socket position.
Slide your right foot forward and execute a step through inside crescent kick with your left foot, landing in another double punch with the right fist punching to the head (palm down) and the left hand punching to the stomach (palm up).
Slide your left foot back to your right as you chamber both hands to your right hip, ball and socket position. Switch your hands to the left hip, ball and socket position.
Slide your left foot forward and execute a step through inside crescent kick with your right foot, landing in another double punch with the left fist punching to the head (palm down) and the right hand punching to the stomach (palm up).
Turn to your left 180 degrees into a deep horse stance while sweeping with your right hand from right to left, followed by a rolling backfist with your right hand down towards the floor.
Sweeping with your left hand from left to right, followed by a rolling backfist with your left hand down towards the floor.
Step forward with your left foot while swinging your arms back to the left in preparation for a right hand reinforced center chop. Step forward with your right foot while executing a right hand reinforced center chop.
Slide your right foot back to your left while swinging your arms back to the left in preparation for a right hand reinforced center chop. Step 90 degrees to the right with you right foot while executing a right hand reinforced center chop.
Step forward with your right foot while swinging your arms back to the right in preparation for a left hand reinforced center chop. Step forward with your left foot while executing a left hand reinforced center chop.
Return to ready position (both hands together out in front of you at belt level with the left thumb down into the right fist and the left hand wrapped around the right fist). Return to Junbi stance.
