Giecho Hyung Il Bu

  1. Begin in Junbi (ready) stance. Look to the left.  Fold left hand for a low block. Step back and to the left with left foot.  Turn 90 degrees to the left into a front stance while executing a left hand low block.

  2. Raise left hand into reverse punch position. Step forward with right foot into a front stance while executing a right hand reverse punch to the solar plexus.

  3. Look over right shoulder.  Fold right hand for a low block. Bring right foot around and turn 180 degrees to the right into a front stance while executing a right hand low block.

  4. Raise right hand into reverse punch position. Step forward with left foot into a front stance while executing a left hand reverse punch to the solar plexus.

  5. Look to the left.  Fold left hand for a low block. Step to left with left foot.  Turn 90 degrees to left into a front stance while executing a left hand low block.

  6. Raise left hand into reverse punch position. Step forward with right foot into a front stance while executing a right hand reverse punch to the solar plexus.

  7. Step forward with left foot into a front stance while executing a left hand reverse punch to the solar plexus.

  8. Step forward with right foot into a front stance while executing a right hand reverse punch to the solar plexus. KIAI

  9. Look to the right.  Fold left hand for a low block. Step around to the left with the left foot turning 270 degrees into a front stance while executing a left hand low block.

  10. Raise left hand into reverse punch position. Step forward with right foot into a front stance while executing a right hand reverse punch to the solar plexus.

  11. Look over right shoulder.  Fold right hand for a low block. Bring right foot around and turn 180 degrees to the right into a front stance while executing a right hand low block.

  12. Raise right hand into reverse punch position. Step forward with left foot into a front stance while executing a left hand reverse punch to the solar plexus.

  13. Look to the left.  Fold left hand for a low block. Step to left with left foot.  Turn 90 degrees to left into a front stance while executing a left hand low block.

  14. Raise left hand into reverse punch position. Step forward with right foot into a front stance while executing a right hand reverse punch to the solar plexus.

  15. Step forward with left foot into a front stance while executing a left hand reverse punch to the solar plexus.

  16. Step forward with right foot into a front stance while executing a right hand reverse punch to the solar plexus. KIAI

  17. Look to the right.  Fold left hand for a low block. Step around to the left with the left foot turning 270 degrees into a front stance while executing a left hand low block.

  18. Raise left hand into reverse punch position. Step forward with right foot into a front stance while executing a right hand reverse punch to the solar plexus.

  19. Look over right shoulder.  Fold right hand for a low block. Bring right foot around and turn 180 degrees to the right into a front stance while executing a right hand low block.

  20. Raise right hand into reverse punch position. Step forward with left foot into a front stance while executing a left hand reverse punch to the solar plexus.
