Giecho Hyung Sahm Bu

  1. Begin in Junbi (ready) stance. Look to the left. Fold left hand for an outside block. Step back and to the left with left foot. Turn 90 degrees to the left into a back stance while executing a left hand outside block.

  2. Raise left hand into reverse punch position. Step forward with right foot into a front stance while executing a right hand reverse punch.

  3. Look over right shoulder. Fold right hand for an outside block. Bring right foot around and turn 180 degrees to the right into a back stance while executing a right hand outside block.

  4. Raise right hand into reverse punch position. Step forward with left foot into a front stance while executing a left hand reverse punch.

  5. Look to the left.  Fold left hand for a low block. Step to left with left foot.  Turn 90 degrees to left into a front stance while executing a left hand low block.

  6. Raise left hand into reverse punch position. Step forward with right foot into a horse stance while executing a right hand stepping side punch to the ribs.

  7. Fold the left hand for a spinning bottom fist, left hand on top.  Turn 180 degrees to the back, spinning on right foot with left foot going behind right foot and landing in a horse stance with the left foot forward while executing a left hand spinning bottom fist to the head.

  8. Step forward with right foot into a horse stance while executing a right hand stepping side punch to the ribs. KIAI.

  9. Look to the right. Fold left hand for an outside block. Step around to the left with the left foot turning 270 degrees into a back stance while executing a left hand outside block.

  10. Raise left hand into reverse punch position. Step forward with right foot into a front stance while executing a right hand reverse punch.

  11. Look over right shoulder. Fold right hand for an outside block. Bring right foot around and turn 180 degrees to the right into a back stance while executing a right hand outside block.

  12. Raise right hand into reverse punch position. Step forward with left foot into a front stance while executing a left hand reverse punch.

  13. Look to the left.  Fold left hand for a low block. Step to left with left foot.  Turn 90 degrees to left into a front stance while executing a left hand low block.

  14. Raise left hand into reverse punch position. Step forward with right foot onto a horse stance while executing a right hand stepping side punch to the ribs.

  15. Fold the left hand for a spinning bottom fist, left hand on top.  Turn 180 degrees to the back, spinning on right foot with left foot going behind right foot and landing in a horse stance with the left foot forward while executing a left hand spinning bottom fist to the head.

  16. Step forward with right foot into a horse stance while executing a right hand stepping side punch to the ribs. KIAI.

  17. Look to the right. Fold left hand for an outside block. Step around to the left with the left foot turning 270 degrees into a back stance while executing a left hand outside block.

  18. Raise left hand into reverse punch position. Step forward with right foot into a front stance while executing a right hand reverse punch.

  19. Look over right shoulder. Fold right hand for an outside block. Bring right foot around and turn 180 degrees to the right into a back stance while executing a right hand outside block.

  20. Raise right hand into reverse punch position. Step forward with left foot into a front stance while executing a left hand reverse punch.
