Giecho Hyung Yi Bu Sang Gup
Begin in Junbi (ready) stance. Look to the left. Fold left hand for a low block. Step back and to the left with left foot. Turn 90 degrees to the left into a front stance while executing a left hand low block.
Raise left hand into reverse punch position. Execute a stepping front kick with right foot, landing in a front stance with right foot forward while executing a right hand reverse punch to the nose.
Look over right shoulder. Fold right hand for a low block. Bring right foot around and turn 180 degrees to the right into a front stance while executing a right hand low block.
Raise right hand into reverse punch position. Execute a stepping front kick with left foot, landing in a front stance with left foot forward while executing a left hand reverse punch to the nose.
Look to the left. Fold left hand for a low block. Step to left with left foot. Turn 90 degrees to left into a back stances while executing a left hand low block, followed by a right hand reverse punch to the solar plexus into a front stance.
Fold right hand for an inside block while going into a back stance. Step forward with right foot into a back stance while executing a right hand inside block, followed by a left hand reverse punch to the solar plexus into a front stance.
Fold left hand for a high block. Step forward with left foot into a back stance while executing a left hand high block, followed by a right hand reverse punch to the solar plexus into a front stance.
Fold right hand for an outside block. Step forward with right foot into a back stance while executing a right hand outside block, followed by a left hand reverse punch to the solar plexus into a front stance. KIAI.
Look to the right. Fold left hand for a low block. Step around to the left with the left foot turning 270 degrees into a front stance, executing a left hand low block.
Raise left hand into reverse punch position. Execute a stepping front kick with right foot, landing in a front stance with right foot forward while executing a right hand reverse punch to the nose.
Look over right shoulder. Fold right hand for a low block. Bring right foot around and turn 180 degrees to the right into a front stance while executing a right hand low block.
Raise right hand into reverse punch position. Execute a stepping front kick with left foot, landing in a front stance with left foot forward while executing a left hand reverse punch to the nose.
Look to the left. Fold left hand for a low block. Step to left with left foot. Turn 90 degrees to left into a back stances while executing a left hand low block, followed by a right hand reverse punch to the solar plexus into a front stance.
