Pyong An Oh Dan
Begin in Junbi (ready) stance. Look to the left. Fold for an outside block with the left hand. Step out to the left with the left foot and execute a left hand outside block followed by a right hand cross-body punch.
Draw the right foot back to your left as you fold for an outside block with the right hand. Step out to the right with the right foot and execute a right hand outside block followed by a left hand cross-body punch.
Draw the left foot back to your right foot while chambering both hands, ball and socket position, on the right hip. Switch your hands to the left hip, ball and socket position. Fold hands on left hip for a right hand reinforced outside block with the fists knuckle to knuckle.
Step forward with the right foot into a front stance and execute a right hand reinforced outside block.
Step forward with the left foot into a back stance as you fold for a cross-arm block (as if to swing a baseball bat).
Shift into a front stance and execute a low cross-arm block.
Shift back into a back stance while re-folding for a cross-arm block at chest level.
Execute the cross-arm high block with open hands while shifting back into a front stance.
Roll your opponent's hand off and execute a left hand spear-hand to the eyes followed by a right hand reverse punch to the solar plexus. KIAI.
Look 180 degrees to your left as you fold for an inside block with the right hand. Turn 180 degrees to the left by pivoting on both feet and execute a right hand inside forearm strike into your left open hand.
Step through with the right foot while executing an inside crescent kick to the face with the right foot while folding and executing a right hand low block, landing in a horse stance.
Look to the left. Fold the left hand for an open hand backfist, left hand on top. Turn 180 degrees to the left and execute the left hand open hand backfist. Step through with the right foot and execute an inside crescent kick with the right foot into the left hand followed by a right elbow strike into the left hand.
Step with your left foot, placing it behind your right foot into a cross-legged stance while executing a right hand reinforced back fist.
Look 180 degrees to your left as you step back out into a back stance with your left foot and execute a right hand upper cut under the chin of your opponent behind you.
Jump forward while turning 180 degrees in the air, landing with your legs crossed and executing a downward cross-arm block (as if blocking an opponent's bow staff). KIAI.
Step back out with your right foot to the right while executing a right hand reinforced outside block into a front stance.
Look over your left shoulder. Turn 180 degrees to your left and execute a left open-handed low block into a back stance.
Thrust your right open hand down, palm up while bringing your left open hand up to your right upper arm. Close the right fist and rotate it palm down.
Pull your right hand up while scraping your left open hand down your arm, finishing with your open left hand in a low block position and your right hand raised high as if folding for a right hand inside block. Slide your left foot up to your right and look at your right fist.
Turn 180 degrees to your left, crossing your arms and legs. Execute double back fists with both your right and left hands over your shoulders.
Raise your right knee and execute an arm break with your right hand across your right upper leg.
As your right foot lands into a front stance, thrust your left open hand down, palm up while bringing your right open hand up to your left upper arm. Close the left fist and rotate it palm down.
Pull your left hand up while scraping your right open hand down your arm, finishing with your open right hand in a low block position and your left hand raised high as if folding for a left hand inside block.
