Pyong An Sahm Dan
Begin in Junbi (ready) stance. Look to the left. Fold for an outside block with the left hand. Step to the left with the left foot. Turn 90 degrees to the left into a back stance while executing a left hand outside block.
Slide the right foot up to the left and strike with the right hand into the groin while leaving the left hand in the outside block position. Execute a double block, basically switching the position of the hands by moving them in toward the center. Switch the hands back to the original position by moving them in toward the center.
Look over the right shoulder. Fold for an outside block with the right hand. Turn to the right 180 degrees with the right foot into a back stance and execute a right hand outside block.
Slide the left foot up to the right and strike with the left hand into the groin while leaving the right hand in the outside block position. Execute a double block, basically switching the position of the hands by moving them in toward the center. Switch the hands back to the original position by moving them in toward the center.
Look to the left. Bring both hands to the right hip, knuckle-to-knuckle. Step 90 degrees to the left into a front stance while executing a left hand reinforced outside block.
Step forward with the right foot into a front stance while executing a right hand reinforced spear-hand to the throat.
Close the right hand as if grabbing an opponent by the collar. Bring the right hand back to the right kidney and execute a left hand spinning bottom fist into a horse stance.
Step forward with the right foot and execute a right hand reverse punch to the solar plexus. KIAI.
Turn 180 degrees to the left while raising the left foot knee high and both hands raised to head height (elbows at a 90 degree angle, and palms facing forward). Slowly lower both fists to the hips as the left foot lowers and touches the floor (feet together) . Slide the left foot out into a front stance.
Step forward with the right foot and execute a step through inside crescent kick with the right foot while keeping both hands on the hips. The right foot should land with a stomp into a horse stance while dropping the right shoulder (upper body block). Execute a right hand back fist and return it to the right hip.
Step forward with the left foot and execute a step through inside crescent kick with the left foot while keeping both hands on the hips. The left foot should land with a stomp into a horse stance while dropping the left shoulder (upper body block). Execute a left hand back fist and return it to the left hip.
Step forward with the right foot and execute a step through inside crescent kick with the right foot while keeping both hands on the hips. The right foot should land with a stomp into a horse stance while dropping the right shoulder (upper body block). Execute a right hand back fist and leave it out there. Rotate right hand 90 degrees counterclockwise into the reverse punch position while turning into a front stance.
Step forward with left foot into a front stance and execute a left hand reverse punch.
Slide right foot up to the left foot and then slide it back out into a horse stance while leaving the left hand out in a reverse punch position.
Turn 180 degrees to the left into a horse stance while looking over the left shoulder and executing a right hand punch over the left shoulder and a left elbow strike to the rear.
Lunge to the right into a horse stance while looking over the right shoulder and executing a left hand punch over the right shoulder and a right elbow strike to the rear (basically just switching the position of the two hands). KIAI.
