Pyong An Yi Dan
Begin in Junbi (ready) stance. Look to the left. Fold both fists at the right hip, ball and socket fashion, with the left fist on top. Step back and to the left with the left foot. Turn 90 degrees to the left into a back stance while executing a double arm block (both fists are closed with the left hand in an outside block position except the palm is facing the opponent and right hand is in a high block position). The arms form two parts of a square.
Open and close the left hand as if grabbing an opponent. Turn into a front stance while pulling the left fist in to the right bicep and striking with a right hand uppercut.
Pull left foot back into a cat stance while executing a right hand jab and chambering left fist.
Step out 90 degrees to the right with left foot into a horse stance while executing a side punch.

Look over right shoulder at opponent behind you. Slide left foot up to right foot while turning to the right 90 degrees, keeping right side toward opponent and folding both fists ball and socket fashion on right hip. Switch fists to left hip. Immediately raise both arms up in front of you, folding for a bottom fist with right hand. Strike opponent with right hand bottom fist while executing a right foot side kick at the same time, landing with a left hand reinforced center chop 180 degrees to the left into a back stance.
Swing arms to the left in preparation for a right hand center chop. Step forward with right foot while executing a right hand center chop into a back stance.
Swing arms to the right in preparation for a left hand center chop. Step forward with left foot while executing a left hand center chop into a back stance.
Step forward with right foot while executing a right hand reinforced spear hand into a front stance. KIAI.
Look to the right. Swing arms to the right in preparation for a left hand reinforced center chop. Step around to the left with the left foot, turning 270 degrees to the left and executing a left hand reinforced center chop into a back stance.
Look to the right 45 degrees. Swing arms to the left in preparation for a right hand reinforced center chop. Step forward with right foot 45 degrees to the right while executing a right hand reinforced center chop into a back stance.
Look to the right 135 degrees. Swing arms to the left in preparation for a right hand reinforced center chop. Step back with right foot 135 degrees to the right while executing a right hand reinforced center chop into a back stance.
Look to the left 45 degrees. Swing arms to the right in preparation for a left hand reinforced center chop. Step forward with left foot 45 degrees to the left while executing a left hand reinforced center chop into a back stance.
Look to the left 45 degrees. Fold right hand for an outside block. Step to the left with the left foot turning 45 degrees to the left while executing a right hand outside block (and chambering the left fist) into a front stance.
Execute a right hand jab, followed immediately by a right foot stepping front kick, landing in a front stance.
Execute a left hand reverse punch while maintaining a front stance.
Fold left hand for an outside block. Execute left hand outside block while maintaining a front stance.
Execute a left hand jab, followed immediately by a left foot stepping front kick, landing in a front stance.
Execute a right hand reverse punch while maintaining a front stance.
Fold for a right hand reinforced outside block. The fold is done with both fists knuckle to knuckle over the left hip with palms down. Step forward with right foot while executing a right hand reinforced outside block (both fists should now be palm up).
Look to the right 90 degrees. Fold left hand for a low block. Step around to the left with the left foot turning 270 degrees into a front stance while executing a left hand low block. Immediately fold left hand for a knife hand block and then execute a left hand knife hand block while maintaining the front stance.
Look to the right 45 degrees. Fold right hand for a high block. Step to the right 45 degrees with the right foot into a back stance and execute a right hand high block.
Look to the right 135 degrees. Fold right hand for a low block. Step around to the right with the right foot turning 135 degrees into a front stance while executing a right hand low block. Immediately fold right hand for a knife hand block and then execute a right hand knife hand block while maintaining the front stance.
Look to the left 45 degrees. Fold left hand for a high block. Step to the left 45 degrees with the left foot into a back stance and execute a left hand high block. KIAI.
