Blocking Drill with Kicks

Beginning from junbi stance:

  1. Step 90 degrees to the left into a back stance while executing a left hand high block.

  2. Execute a stepping front kick with your right foot, landing in a front stance.

  3. Execute a slide-up front kick with your right foot, landing in a front stance.

  4. Step way around with your left foot and turn 180 degrees to the left, ending in a right foot forward back stance while executing a right hand inside block.

  5. Execute a spinning back kick with your left foot, landing in a back stance.

  6. Execute a spinning round kick with your right foot, landing in a back stance.

  7. Step back slightly with your right foot while turning 90 degrees to the left into a back stance and executing a left hand outside block.

  8. Execute a standing side kick with your left foot, landing in a back stance.

  9. Execute a slide-up side kick with your right foot, landing in a back stance.

  10. Step and turn 180 degrees to the right into a back stance while executing a right hand knife-hand block.

  11. Execute spinning side kick with your left foot, landing in a back stance.

  12. Execute a slide-up round kick with your left foot, landing in a back stance.

  13. Step and turn 180 degrees to the right into a front stance while executing a right hand low block.

  14. Execute a stepping back kick with your right foot, landing by turning 180 degrees to your left into a front stance.

  15. Execute a standing back kick with your right foot, landing in a front stance. KIAI.
