Students must have been a 2nd Degree Black Belt for 3 years and must know:

	Chil Sung Il Ro
	Chil Sung Yi Ro
	Chil Sung Sahm Ro
	Additional Specialization in an area agreed upon by instructor, such as Advanced Breaking Advanced Grabbing Techniques   Advanced Use of Pressure Points Advanced Sparring Martial Arts Weapons
	Will have an oral exam
