Begin in junbi stance.

Step out with your left foot and turn 90 degrees to your left into a back stance.

  1. Execute a standing front kick with the left foot.
    Execute a jab with the left hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the right and KIAI.
    Execute a standing front kick with the right foot.
    Execute a jab with the right hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the left and KIAI.

  2. Execute a lead leg step and a slide-up front kick with the left foot.
    Execute a jab with the left hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the right and KIAI.
    Execute a lead leg step and a slide-up front kick with the right foot.
    Execute a jab with the right hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the left and KIAI.

  3. Execute a stepping front kick with the right foot.
    Execute a back fist with the right hand.
    Execute a reverse punch with the left hand.
    Execute a jab with the right hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the left and KIAI.
    Execute a stepping front kick with the right foot.
    Execute a back fist with the right hand.
    Execute a reverse punch with the left hand.
    Execute a jab with the right hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the left and KIAI.

  4. Execute a standing round kick with the left foot.
    Execute a back fist with the left hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the right and KIAI.
    Execute a standing round kick with the right foot.
    Execute a back fist with the right hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the left and KIAI.

  5. Execute a lead leg step and a slide-up round kick with the left foot.
    Execute a back fist with the left hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the right and KIAI.
    Execute a lead leg step and a slide-up round kick with the right foot.
    Execute a back fist with the right hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the left and KIAI.

  6. Execute a spinning round kick with the right foot.
    Execute a back fist with the right hand.
    Execute a reverse punch with the left hand.
    Execute a palm heel strike with the right hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the left and KIAI.
    Execute a spinning round kick with the right foot.
    Execute a back fist with the right hand.
    Execute a reverse punch with the left hand.
    Execute a palm heel strike with the right hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the left and KIAI.

  7. Execute a standing side kick with the left foot.
    Execute a bottom fist with the left hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the right and KIAI.
    Execute a standing side kick with the right foot.
    Execute a bottom fist with the right hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the left and KIAI.

  8. Execute a lead leg step and a slide-up side kick with the left foot.
    Execute a bottom fist with the left hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the right and KIAI.
    Execute a lead leg step and a slide-up side kick with the right foot.
    Execute a bottom fist with the right hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the left and KIAI.

  9. Execute a spinning side kick with the right foot.
    Execute a bottom fist with the right hand.
    Execute a reverse punch with the left hand.
    Execute a upper cut with the right hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the left and KIAI.
    Execute a spinning side kick with the right foot.
    Execute a bottom fist with the right hand.
    Execute a reverse punch with the left hand.
    Execute a upper cut with the right hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the left and KIAI.
     

  10. Execute a standing back kick with the left foot.
    Execute a ridge hand with the right hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the right and KIAI.
    Execute a standing back kick with the right foot.
    Execute a ridge hand with the left hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the left and KIAI.

  11. Execute a lead leg step and a slide-up (stepping) back kick with the left foot.
    Execute a ridge hand with the right hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the right and KIAI.
    Execute a lead leg step and a slide-up (stepping) back kick with the right foot.
    Execute a ridge hand with the right hand.
    Turn 180 degrees to the left and KIAI.

  12. Execute a spinning back kick with the right foot.
    Execute a back fist with the right hand.
    Execute a reverse punch with the left hand.
    Execute a ridge hand with the right hand.
    Execute a left hand upper cut.
    Turn 180 degrees to the left and KIAI.
    Execute a spinning back kick with the right foot.
    Execute a back fist with the right hand.
    Execute a reverse punch with the left hand.
    Execute a ridge hand with the right hand.
    Execute a left hand upper cut.
    Turn 180 degrees to the left and KIAI.
